The data collected by the Data Controller are those provided by the user.
PROCESSING METHODS
The data will be processed with the aid of IT tools, according to logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case adopting procedures and measures suitable to protect their security and confidentiality. 4.The information that users of the site decide to make public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability regarding any violations of the law. It is up to the user to verify that they have permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The data processing will be aimed at carrying out the activities listed below:a) issuing the Customer Card and managing the activities that cannot be carried out anonymously and are necessary to allow subscribers to benefit from and recognize discounts and promotions, offer and send prizes, participate in collecting points and access to other ancillary services that can be used using the Card;
b) carrying out direct marketing activities, such as sending advertising material and communications with informative and/or promotional content via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Owner or his business partners, including gifts.
c) carrying out individual or aggregate profiling activities and market research aimed, for example, at the analysis of consumption habits and choices, the development of statistics on the same or the evaluation of the degree of satisfaction with the products and to the services offered.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
For the purposes referred to in letter a) of the previous point, the provision of data is optional, but constitutes a necessary and indispensable condition for the issuance of the Customer Card: failure to provide it therefore makes it impossible for the applicant to use the Customer Card itself. . For the purposes referred to in letters b) and c) of the previous point, the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data and to give the relevant consent will make it impossible for the Data Controller to follow up on marketing activities. direct and profiling indicated therein, and jeopardizes the possibility for the applicant to obtain the issue of the Customer Card and to access the benefits connected to it.
SCOPE OF DATA DISSEMINATION
The data processing will be carried out by personnel directly employed by the Data Controller and/or by natural or legal persons specifically identified by the latter as data controllers or persons in charge of processing. The data provided will in no case be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except for the subjects whose right to access the data is recognized by legal provisions or by orders of the authorities as well as the subjects, including external and/or foreign, of which the Cardholder uses to carry out activities that are instrumental and/or ancillary to the management of the Customer Card and the provision of services and benefits connected to it, including suppliers of software solutions, web applications and storage services also provided via Cloud Computing systems, all resident in the European Economic Area, and used for this purpose.
STORAGE PERIODS
Personal Data will be retained by Alley33 until the card holder expressly wishes to be deleted from the Alley33 database. In expressing this desire, the Personal Data and the data acquired by the customer will be deleted.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights recognized to them towards the Data Controller, pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation. To exercise these rights, the interested party may contact the data controller directly.
CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Having read this information, the undersigned declares to have understood its contents and to give my consent to the processing of personal data aimed at issuing the Customer Card and managing the activities which cannot be carried out anonymously and which are necessary to allow subscribers the use and recognition of discounts and promotions, the offering and sending of prizes, participation in points collection and access to other ancillary services that can be used using the Customer Card. The undersigned also declares to give his/her specific written consent to the processing of data for further marketing and profiling purposes and in particular for: 1) carrying out direct marketing activities, such as sending them via e-mail email, SMS and WhatsApp, advertising material and communications with informative and/or promotional content in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Owner or its commercial partners, including free gifts and samples. 2) the carrying out of individual or aggregate profiling activities and market research aimed, for example, at the analysis of consumption habits and choices, the development of statistics on the same or the evaluation of the degree of satisfaction of the products and proposed services.
